It is set in the peace and quiet area of Seacroft in Skegness.

It is close to the beach to two local championship golf courses Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve Skegness Pier and all of Skegness's tourist facilities.

Refurbished in 2002 it retains its link to bygone years in particular those associated with the poet Tennyson.

Directions:

Take the A52 road from Boston to Skegness. You will come to a big one way system take the third exit which is the main shopping street. Take the turning on the right just before you reach the clock tower on to Drummond Road. Follow Drummond Road until you see a sign for the Vine Hotel turn to the right on to Vine Road and the hotel is just at the bottom.
